As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I specialize in working with adults, couples, adolescents and families working on interpersonal and intra-personal issues. I am committed to nurturing my client's personal growth and development towards achieving a deeper sense of self knowing and the ability to live an integrated, emotionally regulated and balanced life.
My practice includes adults, couples, families and adolescents navigating depression, anxiety and relationship challenges. I often work with parenting and adoption issues. I am skilled with the many issues associated with trauma offering EMDR, EFT/TAPPING, and attachment based practices to soothe the suffering so often associated with trauma.
I have studied extensively with Dr. Daniel J. Siegel and his Interpersonal Neurobiology approach to parenting and therapy. I have had the honor of studying mindfull awareness with Jon Kabat-Zinn and Jack Kornfield, and am trained in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction. I am an EMDR trained provider.
