It's not you that needs to change- it is your relationship to yourself that is keeping you caught in old patterns, beliefs, and feelings.
I offer a Contemplative approach to working with individuals, couples and groups. Contemplative psychotherapy is the bringing together of the best of Western psychology with traditional Buddhist philosophies to create a space for inner healing and self-empowerment.
