My goal as a therapist is to help you indentify ways of improving your quality of life by discovering resolutions to current problems and becoming self-sufficient in dealing with similar barriers in the future.
Through counseling you will also establish attainable short/long-term goals that will allow you to gain insight on life issues and achieve personal growth and development through the process.
As a therapist, I currently work with children, adolescents and adults. My area of speciality includes working with individuals experiencing low self-esteem, depression, behavior problems, high stress levels,abuse and neglect, personal relationship and parenting issues.
My therapeutic approach is Eclectic, using a variety of techniques to address the individual needs of each client.
I offer a relaxed, safe, unbiased, and risk-free office enviroment. Clients I work with are genuinely respected, valued, and treated as unique individuals.
