I have 25 years of experience working with adults and adolescents. Finding the right therapist is a challenging and courageous endeavor which is why I personally speak with you before we meet. I am registered with the National Register of Health Service Providers in Psychology. Working with teens and adults with anxiety, depression, poor self image, interpersonal/social issues, relationship problems and addictions of all types are my areas of specialty.
Therapy with my clients is individualized and tailored to their needs. Coordination of care with other treatment providers &/or physicians is routine and welcomed by my clients. Appointments vary in length and frequency, however, a "therapy hour" is a full hour. Evening appointments are available Monday-Friday.
