I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I received my MA in Counseling Psychology from Rutgers University and a PostMA from Monmouth University. I have a special interest in helping adults with relationship issues,depression, anxiety, anger management, low self-esteem, insomnia and weight management, children with academic and personal adjustment, and families with their relationships.
