My specialties include trauma, relationship issues, depression, self esteem, anxiety and grief and loss. I work primarily from a relational perspective and integrate EMDR and other experiential therapies as indicated.
With twenty-five years of experience in understanding the way women's lives interact with the world they live in, I look at how deeper feelings affect women's beliefs about themselves, their behavior and their relationships. I have a special interest in ways that social and cultural experiences impact women's relationships.
