I believe that the key to finding inner strength and balance is within all of us. I specialize in empowering people who suffer from addiction, substance abuse, and mood disorders (anxiety, depression, anger) to take control of their lives. Substance abuse and addiction is a disease that effects the entire family, therefore family counseling and co-dependence therapy is a very important part of my treatment.
I have a depth of experience helping people of all ages struggling with anxiety disorders, depression, and family issues. This has also helped to make me very effective in working with people struggling with addiction. Addiction, is a coping skill some people use to cope with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, etc.
