My approach is strength based. With each client, together, we discover the person's unique capabilities, talents and experiences and apply them toward achieving the client's goals in therapy. I help clients deal with situations which seem hopeless to them, and work with them to find manageable solutions.
Many people come to therapy when dealing with a crisis or when they feel completely stuck. Usually these uncomfortable situations motivate people to move from counterproductive behaviors, to healthy ways of dealing with their lives.
