I provide counseling and life coaching to adults, adolescents, couples, and families, who are struggling with mental health concerns, relationship issues, and unhappiness in family, at work, or in school. We do this together through a solution-focused, brief counseling approach, focusing on the present and planning for the future. My main experience has been working with those who are struggling within marriage and family relationships, or experiencing depression, anxiety, fear, anger, substance abuse and other addictions. My main role is to help clients get what they want and need, toward better mental health and happiness.
**I have daytime, evening, and Saturday hours available.** Relationships are vital to a healthy and happy life, and the choices we make in these relationships are important. We will work together toward you creating closer and more connected relationships, within marriage, family, professionally at work, and spiritually.
Together we will talk about the power of choice and choosing, and focus in on making healthy choices, to move your life forward in the direction you would like it to go, and to help you take more effective contol of your life.
