ADHD, Autism, Psychoeducational Assessments: In my Burnaby office I provide testing for ADHD, autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and psychoeducational assessments. This includes diagnostic testing for college students seeking accomodations and children seeking provincial autism funding or special educational services through their school district. I am a registered behaviour interventionist (ACT-RASP) for children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder/Asperger's disorder. Additionally I have worked as a provincial consultant for autism and behaviour disorders, as a behaviour management specialist for school districts and as a school psychologist and classroom teacher of special education.
Couple and Family Therapy: I provide individual, couple and family therapy and am a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist (RMFT). I provide systemic, cognitive behaviour (CBT) and Gottman based therapy for couples and families. A major focus of my work is with couples dealing with ADHD or autism spectrum disorder.
Depression, Anxiety, Anger Management: In my Burnaby/Vancouver offices I provide counselling for depression, anxiety, anger management using cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). I hold an advanced certificate in CBT from the Albert Ellis Institute in New York. Please contact me with any questions.
