Through the exploration of your attitudes, communication style, and your defenses, I will help you to significantly reduce your anxiety, anger & depression. Together we will address the issues of shame & guilt that derail your self acceptance. I will guide you to genuine change that is not just possible but attainable.
After four decades of providing counseling to individuals and couples, I have a knack for immediately grasping the issues that undermine one's sense of well being. I can frame problems in a way that makes you feel understood. I have a Sherlock Holmes approach always looking for what is overlooked. Many times it is what is unspoken that needs to said.
