I am very experienced working with adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, and/or relational problems. I believe in treating the whole person and will take the time to get to know you and the challenges you are experiencing in order to better help you. I also have extensive experience working with children and adolescents who are displaying emotional and behavioral problems in the school and/or home setting. I believe it is essential to work with parents when I treat children and adolescents and provide parent training and parent education as needed.
I provide individual, couples, and family therapy. A large part of my practice is devoted to treating adults who have never been in therapy or who have not experienced success in past experiences with therapy.
I am committed to ensuring that my clients experience relief from their symptoms and learn more effective coping, communication, and problem solving skills to help improve their mental, emotional, and physical well being.
