Also, EMDR Certified (Advanced) treatment for trauma, anxiety, depression and other issues that have not responded to traditional treatments. Short term therapy and life coaching are also available. I believe that the therapeutic relationship and the safety it provides is key to change.

New Mothers - Virtual
New motherhood is a time of great change. During the present Covid crisis the usual supports are limited. I am offering a group for new moms and their babies on a virtual platform where they can share concerns and obtain support. In addition, we will provide answers to common questions and guidance during these difficult times.
