Non-Contingent Support Group
Led by Dr. Bresler, this group is for those who are in need of more emotional support in their lives. During the first 20 minutes, Dr. Bresler reviews various techniques to gain greater inner support by taming your Inner Critic and paying attention to your Inner Advisor. The remaining 70 minutes is for participants to share their current concerns and for group members who wish to provide supportive suggestions, information, experience, and encouragement without expecting anything in return except the satisfaction one gets from helping another in need.

Emotional Housecleaning: Ending Bad Memories
Led by Dr. Bresler, this group is for those who have experienced physical or emotional trauma and who continue to have anxiety, fear, rage, depression, shame, guilt, and/or other negative emotional reactions to that experience. In addition to peer support, this group provides information concerning the most modern techniques and strategies for processing trauma, including EMDR, EFT, and Interactive Guided Imagery(sm).
