I support women and couples through the emotional challenges of infertility, pregnancy and postpartum, and the parenting transition. My approach to therapy is warm, engaged and interactive with a focus on helping people to process and cope with the complex emotions of these life stressors.
I help new moms navigate the profound changes experienced in the postpartum adjustment. I also work with individuals and couples who are building families through assisted reproduction and third-party family building, helping them to understand and embrace being a donor-created family.
