Jean Tabitha Dixon, MS, LPC-S, CGP, CPLC, Counselor in The Woodlands
Are you struggling with a life challenge and feel overwhelmed doing it alone. I specialize in helping people find their unique strengths as they recover and heal from a life challenge. Do you desire to know your unique spirit and connect more deeply to your internal wisdom? I offer a space for you to know yourself better, heal from childhood wounds, and identify what is keeping you from moving on. I can help you see patterns that underlie your reactions and learn to respond from a deeper awareness of personal choice and break away from those limiting habitual reactions.
I am easy to talk with and I use my "ear" for detail to help you see connections in your life that will help you discover a new way of seeing and experiencing your life. Rather than focusing on struggles, I help you set your own course of action.
The truth can be scary to feel. It may be difficult to tell someone what you need. As your therapist, I will facilitate our work by nurturing your emotional, mind, body and soul connection. Intentionally and compassionately, my goal is to help you develop the truth that lies within you.

Women's Empowerment Group

The " Women's Empowerment Group" has been ongoing for 5 years. It is a group for women who wish to be more empowered in their jobs, relationships or to learn to trust and honor themselves better. Would you benefit from learning to say "no" without feeling guilty? Learn to live the life you want rather than live the life you have been told you "should"? A minimum of two individual sessions required prior to joining the group.
