Motherhood changes everything. Who you thought you were before you decided to become a mother becomes altered in a way that may be impossible to articulate. Struggling with motherhood identity issues is a process every mother encounters. Who are you as a mother? Who are you as an individual? Can you maintain a sense of self amidst the demands of motherhood? Can you have and excel in both your personal and professional lives? Can you feel sexy? These are all valid questions that mother's struggle with. Getting support and exploring these issues is the goal of the group.
