My specialty areas include alcohol and other substance use, abuse, and other addictions or compulsivity. Trauma, depression, and anxiety are problems that may be a result of the experiences we’ve been exposed to, the pace of life, the persons we’ve been connected to, the lives we lead, the obligations we face, and/or some biological contributor.

People don't need to stand up to their challenges or pain alone. Problems isolate people from friends, family, and life itself, and loneliness can last for what seems an eternity. Therapy can help bring the person back into life and relationships with a renewed sense of peace and pleasure.
