Emotional pain is as common as physical pain, and can be truely agonizing. Don't give up! You don't have to suffer alone. I come from a place of compassion, acceptance and hope. I am constantly amazed by the human spirit and by our ability to heal. I am eclectic, and use different approaches to meet each client's individual needs. I am an EMDR certified therapist and an EMDRIA- approved consultant. I see clients with PTSD, emotional and social difficulties, chronic illnesses, depression, anxiety, obsessive thoughts and behaviors , and self esteem issues.
I work with individuals, couples and families on relationship issues, parenting and life challenges.
Prior to having a private practice, I was on the clinical staff of Family and Children Services in Palo Alto. I have worked in Israel and Europe in different settings. I have background in music therapy. I am married, a mother of four, an animal lover and an ethical vegan.
