In 2009, Shannon Enright-Smith identified a need for a supportive environment where she and other behavioral health professionals could work together to advance the thinking in the emerging field of integrated behavioral health. This was the start of the Life Change Institute where behavioral health professionals collaborate to create positive outcomes for the individuals, couples and families they serve. We believe in restoring our clients to their optimum state of health and wellness and in establishing personal skills and practices to prevent future ill health and trauma.
Because life's problems are complex and multi-dimensional, the solutions require a collaborative and innovative approach. Outcomes of many general health conditions can be improved if the psychological and behavioral problems are attended to. Our approach supports the individual's intellectual, emotional, physical, spiritual and interpersonal development.
Shannon is a Certified Life Coach from the Certified Coaches Federation, Certified Personal Trainer with the American Council on Exercise, Certified Health Coach with the American Council on Exercise, and Clinically Certified Domestic Violence Counselor.
