Interpersonal Therapy Group

8 members, 4 men/4 women who meet once per week for 90 minutes. Improve the quality of your life by learning cognitive and relationship skills that (1) enhance your relationships in social, family, and work settings, and (2) reduce anxiety, depression, obsessive/compulsive, and self-defeating behaviors. Groups are made up of both professionals and para-professionals who work on a variety of issues including marital/family problems, work problems, ADD, divorce, grief/loss, and life adjustments. Research indicates that group therapy is the most effective form of treatment and promotes interpersonal skills and lasting behavioral change.
