The ideal client for the E.L.L.A practice are individuals, couples and families, suffering with emotional instability due to significant life transition, trauma & loss and those seeking healing and wellness through holistic approaches. My practice assists in finding answers for where (and why) an individual/family may be in their life, how they got there (influences, stressors, traumas, barriers), identifying alternatives for improved life functioning and finally assisting in finding contentment, balance and peace with current life status while encouraging optimal functioning in all aspects of one's life or business.
E.L.L.A incorporates healthy benefits for a "person and their environment" by assisting individuals to overcome their fears and other challenges that may limit them from becoming their best self. We are a strengths-based group practice that focuses on qualities that aide in transcending challenges.
Mindfulness based CBT combined traditional yoga techniques along with essential evidenced-based fundamentals. Our group of clinical social workers and mental health counselors provide valuable therapeutic approaches to meet each individual client need.
