Depression, anxiety, as well as other difficulties stem from relational problems, both past and present, that when explored lead to symptom relief. This can be done in individual, group, or couples therapy.
I take an active approach in helping people explore their issues and patterns as they reflect on problematic current and past relationships. Each therapy encounter and relationship is tailored to meet the client's individual needs.
