I love my work, primarily because of the admiration and respect I have for my clients. It takes a lot of courage to begin therapy and attempt to look at oneself more honestly. I have beautiful, serene offices that are conducive to feeling comfortable. I provide a very positive and caring approach in my work with clients. I believe that focusing on one's strengths is important since most of us struggle with negative feelings about ourselves.
I work mostly with individual adults but work with couples, families and teens as well. Most of my clients are suffering with symptoms of anxiety, depression, addiction problems and relationship problems.
I have been told that I am an extremely easy person to talk to. I feel that I learn as much from my clients' strengths as my clients learn from me.
