We specialize in helping Individuals, families and couples, work on their concerns. We use a variety of techniques to help alleviate symptoms of depression, anxiety and trauma. I have over 20 years of experience working with children, adolescents and families. At First Family Counseling we work to build your trust, and help you be the best person that you want to be!
I have completed basic training in EMDR, which is a form of psychotherapy used to successfully treat Post traumatic stress disorder, and other forms of painful, stressful traumatic events.
