I help you create space in your own internal system. Within that space, you can HOLD your feelings without BECOMING them. Sadness doesn't overwhelm; rage doesn't engulf; terror doesn't cower. In that space, the extremes of feelings and thoughts which overtook you in the past become manageable. YOU become your own healer.
