Indigena offers evidence based modalities that target the brain and tap into it's natural healing capacity shifting negative thoughts & encouraging neuroplastic shifts. I am an EMDR and Brainspotting (BSP) certified. I incorporate sound therapy (ILS & vibroacoustic), mindfulness, biofeedback, guided imagery, and narrative/art/play therapy techniques into my practice.
The center offers individual, family, couple, and group therapy. Mind Body skills groups are offered which incorporate mindfulness, biofeedback, breathwork & relaxation strategies to help deal with prior trauma, life changes and/or health issues. A biosound vibroacoustic sound therapy lounge is available as part of treatment or standalone therapy.

Learns skills such as breathwork, mindfulness,biofeedback, visualization & stress reduction strategies to increase emotional self-regulation/relaxation and resolve symptoms. Mind body skills promote stress reduction, reduce trauma response, & may increase one's ability to cope with & express difficult emotions. This group is an effective adjunct to treatment for life changes, anxiety, substance abuse, depression, chronic illness/pain, PTSD, trauma, anxiety, cancer and HIV and/or a standalone support group.
