There are those times in our lives when our discomfort with ourselves or others, just becomes too uncomfortable and you need to take an action that would solve the problem once and for all. My experience has taught me that when we feel good about ourselves, we are able to handle life more effectively. Although every person brings to me their own individual life event, I am always driven to skillfully develop and enhance their core self- image and to access their own power.
In addition to my regular license, I am a MFT (Marriage and Family Therapist). I have expertise in trauma work, certified in EMDR (Eye Movement, Desensitization and Reprocessing). I treat many cases of Posttraumatic Stress Disorder and have much expertise in working with people who have vision loss and blindness.
