Gender Diversity Therapy Group for Teens
Processing group for teens (age 13-19) who identify as Gender Creative (transgender, genderfluid, genderqueer, non-binary, etc) or are questioning their gender identity. Group members have the opportunity to discuss issues related to gender identity and sexual orientation as well as all other general teen/life issues in a supportive therapeutic environment. This is an ongoing talk therapy group held twice a month and registration in required. Call to schedule an intake appointment for your teen today -- we currently have a few openings!

Trauma-Sensitive Yoga Therapy Group (Online)
Our Trauma Sensitive Yoga Group is a structured, closed 8-week series that is shown to decrease symptoms of PTSD, anxiety, depression, and chronic illness. Classes focus on breathing, gentle stretching, mindfulness, personal choice and creation of resources and positive coping skills. Overcome the somatic effects of trauma and develop a more positive relationship with your body in a a safe and comfortable environment. Each class is co-facilitated by an experienced trauma sensitive yoga instructor and a licensed trauma-informed psychotherapist. All abilities, body shapes, and sizes welcome. No experience necessary.
