Zachary W Dodson, MA, LMHC, Counselor in Orlando
Depth is the key word in counseling. I believe that sustainable change comes from an exploration in the depth of the human experience. I believe that change comes through developing ourselves as multidimensional people. I focus around the specific issues of Career Counseling, Stress & Burnout, Compassion Fatigue, Crisis Intervention, Trauma, Abuse, Pain Management, Muscle Relaxation, Addiction, and Mindfulness. I am also DCF (Division of Children and Families) certified to do substance abuse counseling treatment and certified with the state of Florida in Clinical Hypnosis.
Not all medical conditions start in the brain, but many of them are influenced by the brain. We help our clients learn the tools they need to reduce the negative effects of stress, anxiety, and hurtful habits.
For more information or to obtain some free tools, visit our website and download our magazine. The latest issue is on stress prevention.
