I use many techniques, including EMDR, Brainspotting, shamanic journey, hypnosis & imagery, talk, mindfulness, body awareness & homework–whatever works at the time. Many of these techniques, useful life tools, can be incorporated by my clients into empowering their everyday lives. I work with anxiety, dissociation, life transitions, trauma. Caring empathy.
Work weekly or intensively (2x/week) for short, contracted periods such as 2 or 3 months, building intensity and increasing effectiveness. After intense, introspective work, take a break for integration, negotiating the time period, and if needed, restarting time. Empowering- gives personal space to assimilate, letting positive changes be felt/integrated.
