I have been very successful at giving my clients the tools to manage life’s stressors. I am a very active therapist and give feedback and coping strategies to my clients so they can successfully end therapy and feel empowered to manage these situations on their own.
I am a well trained licensed therapist with 32 years of experience. I am knowledgeable about many areas such as traumatic stress, anxiety, depression, and compulsive behaviors. I am also well versed on ADHD, parenting issues and couples issues.
