Craig Holliday, LPC, NBCC, MA, Counselor in Durango
I work with individuals, and couples in a proactive way to awaken out of our limiting thoughts, beliefs and patterns, and emotional pain into a deeper and truer reflection of our own wonderful self. I offer and teach Mindfulness skills in a very concrete and practical way. These skills will empower you to live a life in alignment with the heart. In addition, I offer mindfulness meditation, to aid in releasing deep wounds, trauma and patterns. Many clients seek me out for this type of work. If you have any questions, feel free to email or call.
I have studied meditation, intensely with master teachers for over 20 years and have worked on and attended over 60 retreats and studied in India. Also I am the author of Fully Human Fully Divine Awakening to our Innate Beauty through Embracing our Humanity.
I have trained and studied with Adyashanti, Lama Tsultrim, Gangaji, and Eli Jaxon Bear. I am trained in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Nonviolent communication, Love and Logic parenting, couples mediation, and victim offender dialogue. I meet with clients in Durango and offer Skype sessions worldwide.
