As a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I provide both psychotherapy and medication management to treat adults dealing with a variety of mental health issues related to mood and anxiety disorders. I have an easygoing and relatable personality that puts people at ease. I hold no judgment and believe ALL people deserve kindness and respect.
Ultimately, I am a truth seeker. I love to get lost in rabbit holes and have studied fascinating things like Jungian psychology, Yoga, Ayurveda, Hinduism, Buddhism, Kabbalah, Esotericism, and Tarot.
