Lynn Saladino, PsyD, Psychologist in New York
Thank you for viewing my profile. For more information about my practice, I encourage you to visit my website. I am a private clinician in Midtown Manhattan and treat a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, emotional eating, college transition, and relationship challenges. I offer a warm, but straight forward approach and frequently incorporate coaching techniques to help you address the various goals of your life. My style is quite interactive, practical, and solution focused.
I specialize in treating emotional eating (as a result of boredom, stress, need for comfort, etc.) and teach balance in eating and exercise habits. The goal is to enjoy food and finally find peace with eating. If you don't think this is possible, you are in good company but I'm here to help!
Relationship challenges are another specialty of mine. I work with people who are dating to increase the enjoyment in the process and get clear on what they want. I also help those in relationships improve the quality of their situation and ensure they are in the right relationship for them.
