When working with couples, I help partners understand each other’s perspective; listening closely, not necessarily agreeing, is key here. You’ll learn to communicate with more empathy and consideration and develop conflict resolution skills for negotiating “win-win” compromises. Couples therapy can lead you to a deeper, more fulfilling connection.
I look forward to hearing from you. My clinical hours are M-F with openings more likely 9am -1 pm. Sessions covered by insurance are 45 mins. Self-pay clients have the flexibility to arrange for longer sessions; this is particularly helpful at the outset of therapy.
