In our work together my clients heal from within. Why? Because with deep core work, you will change old familiar brain paths into newly chosen authentic brain paths. You will experience breakthrough counseling with tools for life, attaining deep self love, developing new ways of thinking and feeling, being in charge of your brain, fearlessly listening within, learning helpful communication, and understanding choices from a new perspective. Over 20 years in private practice I designed about 250 exercises for helping my clients heal. For couples, we do the same core work. All but one couple found renewed love.
Through a unique combination of conventional schooling, in depth studies on eastern philosophies on psychology, thorough understanding of epigenetics, and endless curiosity about neuroscience, I created a new therapy, using the brain and emotions to change repetitive brain paths into new conscious paths for a fulfilled life. My work is my passion.
My work is concentrated on human emotional and conscious evolution. I feel honored to be working so closely with people on their wellbeing. I help most people off medication and the label of disorders. In our work together you will receive weekly individually-designed homework to reinforce techniques discussed in session.
