Audrie L Meyer, LMFT, MBA, Marriage & Family Therapist in Sacramento
As a therapist, my goal is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life that feels authentic. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve current challenges in your life. By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques, we will unearth and transform long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
I have over fifteen years experience working with men, women, and their children in relation to issues of trauma, victimization, recovery and relationship repair. The effects of early trauma can be devastating and pervasive. My treatment approach is to address the scope of issues that are important to you.
I am a Master Practitioner of Emotional Transformation Therapy (ETT). I use ETT much like other therapists use EMDR. It is a newer therapeutic paradigm that can provide relief of unwanted emotions and emotional states. ETT is safe and can provide long-term results.
