These pieces in life can feel like they are entangling or piling up. I can help unravel, sort through and process what life events have come up and find joy for the future by meeting you where you are at this time in life and finding a path".
I am trained in EMDR (eye movement desensitizing and reprocessing) to process any trauma's that have been experienced. I am also a Registered Play Therapist so am able to work with very young children who are struggling in life changes or events.
I am here to meet each individual where they are in life, and help them build a bridge to where they would like to be.
