Not accepting new clients .... Why is change so hard? Because we are often not aware of what we do or why we do it. My specialty is diving deeply into the mind and helping you experience change at a fundamental level. This requires no special knowledge or skill on your part, only willingness to explore and an openness to what you might find. Just like your body, your mind knows how to heal itself. My role is to facilitate that process. I provide a safe environment, compassionate feedback, and supportive challenge when needed. I also offer Neurofeedback to improve concentration, sleep, anxiety and ADHD.

I use a depth-based approach to get to the root of the problem quickly. I then use experiential techniques, coaching, and telling-it-like-it-is, to show you how to heal yourself. Most other therapies focus on symptom reduction. I see symptoms as the trailhead, which if courageously followed leads to the underlying cause.

I see the therapeutic process as a collaborative effort built on trust and safety. Seeking help can be an intimidating and scary process and just looking for a therapist shows courage.
