I have a FEW openings for MEDiCAID clients. I really enjoy working with teens and young adults. I also work with adults of all ages. Most of my clients are working on resolving sexual orientation questions, gender identity concerns, low self-esteem, self-identity issues, depression, anxiety, and social fears, among other problems. As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I have a particular interest in supporting gender non-conforming people and the community as a whole. If I don't feel like the right therapist for you, please see our website for profiles of all of our therapists.
I draw upon many different approaches including cognitive behavior therapy, mindfulness and self-awareness techniques, feminist therapy, and narrative therapy. I support my clients in non-judgmental exploration of outdated beliefs and behaviors though which they become empowered to choose alternative beliefs and behaviors, allowing for healing and growth.
Santa Fe Supportive Therapy, LLC is a group of seasoned, ethically sound therapists who provide therapy in a positive, strengths-based manner that emphasizes individualized approaches in partnership with our clients. Please visit our website for more information about Santa Fe Supportive Therapy and profiles for all of our therapists.
