Individuals want to be truly known and heard. I am an active and curious listener and I hope to help people to become more curious about themselves. I think of the first visit as a consultation. It is a time to share what you need help with and to see whether further work could be useful. As a therapist with 40 years of experience, I feel grateful to still love my work.
