I work with adult therapy clients only. I specialize in anxiety, stress management, communication skills, work-related challenges, career/life transitions (including moving on post-divorce) emotional intelligence & improving relationships. I see each client as a whole, capable person & work with their strengths to help them solve problems, develop personally & create a happier, healthier life. I utilize my background in yoga & meditation when applicable.
