In my practice, I primarily use IFS (Internal Family Systems). This model is a respectful way of working with your inner system that invites change and healing into both your inner and outer worlds. I also have years of Buddhist meditation practice, Somatic Experiencing, racial justice work and intuitive training that I bring to my practice of therapy.
Through the practice of embodied self-compassion, I can help you be more interested and empowered in your own growth and healing.
