I personally trained with Bessel van der Kolk, Marianne Williamson, Dr Sue Morter....Using mindfulness and a strength-based framework, I've provided successful psychotherapy for years for people of all ages. During this process I have discovered that a "holistic" approach works best. Schooled at the University of Utah I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
With a unique and lighthearted approach, I integrate "evidence-based interventions". Trauma Work, (Bessel van der Kolk), Mind-Body Understanding (Dr S. Morter), and a Miracle Minded Coaching (Marianne Williamson). We'll work together and create an individualized plan for you.
