I strive to provide a safe space where you can heal and grow. My approach is holistic and strength based. I have advanced training in EMDR and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).

We'll add and practice healthy, adaptive resources and take an honest look at those coping skills, usually developed early in life, that are holding you back from leading your best life.
