I work with individuals wishing to explore and improve their lives. At times we all have painful and confusing events we need to process and overcome. I have many years of expierence with Adults, Couples, Families and Children. Through the theraputic relationship and skill development, change evolves. I treat anxiety, depression, relaionship issues, parenting concerns as well as individual issues about where one is in your life now,
Further, I have trained in many therapeutic modalities for couples, families and individuals. I prefer a strength based approach and cognitive behavioral and attachment and developmental models. The most important aspect of my work is the respect and relationship between myself and the client.
I am insightful, empathetic, have a sense of humor and share my thoughts with my clients. I should mention that I take all BC/BS product insurances, HNE and also UBH ins and their products, Tufts Navigator, United Health Care, Harvard Pilgrim, GIC.etc. Thank you for considering my profile.
