Dennis Bumgarner

Clinical Social Work/Therapist , LISW , ACSW , LCSW

(317) 836-0465
I am a solution-oriented therapist. In our work together, we will focus on your goals for yourself, not mine for you. We will address any issue you choose; as we do so, we will focus more on your future than your past, more on your strengths than your deficits, and more on solutions than problems. And although we will get together as often and for as long as you wish, when therapy is pursued in this manner it tends to be brief.
I apply this approach with clients with depression, anxiety, marital challenges, anger management problems, or any personal adjustment issue. I also specialize in coaching parents to improve the behavior of their children. I enjoy working with adolescents who are struggling with lack of motivation.
I operate a small, personalized practice. Confidentialty and client service are paramount. As a consequence, insurance companies are not a party to our work together and will not decide how often or how long we work together, or what is discussed during our sessoins.
