I will work with you in determining your best course and help you break down seemingly monstrous problems into manageable tasks. Co-Dependency in relationships is one of my specialties. I have even trained other therapists in dealing with this and other issues.

I focus on the counseling of individuals, couples, and families. Within this framework, I often work in the areas of dysfunctional families, and individuals who are struggling to manage aggressive, angry, depressive, and anxious behaviors. I am experienced in working with children, adolescents, and adults. A variety of issues are addressed throughout the counseling process: including, but not limited to, communication skills, anger management, suicidal ideation, and mood and anxiety disorders. Currently, I work as a LMHP with a community base health center, as well.
