I have been practicing as a psychotherapist for 30 years and I very much enjoy my work. My goal is to help people with healing, and in so doing help them to live a more joyful and meaningful life. I have years of experience helping clients address and recover from many different issues. I work with emotional wounds that are often at the core of issues that clients bring to me, and with healing trauma including religious trauma. I have found that when these wounds can be addressed in a safe environment, healing can take place. I work with adults of all life stages, with adolescents, children, with individuals, families and groups.

I enjoy working with individuals who are motivated for change. Individuals who may not know where to start or what they might need. We tend to live in a very fast paced world where we seldom take the time to stop and process the day to day life experiences whether good or bad. I hope to help you process the day to day stuff so you can live life to its fullest! I also have a special interest in working with first responders and have specialized peer to peer training and experience.

I am a clinical mental health provider and a forensic child custody evaluator. I have over 200 hours and 2 years of specialized training in conducting forensic chiId custody evaluations. I have helped many people with emotional and behavioral problems.
